This Fall at Marz Aerial Arts & Fitness

Happy Fall, Y'all! We are thrilled that it is finally starting to cool down around here, but we are certainly not winding down on Studio events, classes, and workshops! We've added a ton of new (and some returning!) things to our schedule for the next few months, and we're excited to share just a handful of those with you in this newsletter.

If you regularly attend classes (or even if you don't!), please consider joining our Marz Aerial Community Discord server! It is essentially one big space for group chats: announcements, meeting plans, pet pictures, and level-based class discussions and announcements.

Bring Your Own Craft Night

In collaboration with New Bern Pride, we will have another Bring Your Own Craft Night on Friday, November 6th, from 6-8pm in the Aerial Studio! This is a FREE event for everyone - you don't have to be a Studio member!

Grave Desires Pole Studio Showcase

Saturday, November 7th is our next Pole Studio Showcase: Grave Desires, at 6:00pm in the Pole Studio. This free Showcase is STRICTLY 18+ and invite only! If you're getting this email, you're invited!

Community Event: Red Tent

Join us as we enter a special new space hosted by one of our community members, Brittney, in our Aerial Studio from 2-4pm on Sunday, November 8th. Please see the flyer (or check it out in one of our Studios) for more details!

Tiny Lyra!

Join Us on Tuesdays in November at 7:00pm for Specialty Workshops on the Tiny Lyra, hosted by Liv!

Pole 3+: Kips + Drops

Students in Pole 3, 4, and 5 are invited to a Specialty Workshop Series with Tara focusing on dynamic movement! This 2-part Series meets Friday, November 13th & Friday, November 20th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm in the Pole Studio. Heels and knee pads required!

Rest & Restore: Aerial Yoga & Sound Meditation

On Friday, November 13th, join us for a special 2-hour restorative workshop that combines the Aerial Sling & Sound Bath Meditation! It will run from 6-8pm in the Aerial Studio.

Flight Over 40

We are bringing back our Flight Over 40 Workshops starting in November! If you (or anyone you know) is age 40 or up, please join us for an Introduction to Aerials workshop with Jess on Friday, November 20th, from 6:00pm - 7:30pm!

Attend our Fall Youth Showcase!

Join us in the Aerial Studio on Saturday, November 21st, at 2:00pm to support the members of our Marz Aerial Youth Program in our Fall Showcase!

This is a community forum to stay up-to-date on studio events and class offerings and contribute your ideas to help our team make the studio the best that it can be.
