Marz Aerial Transition to Momence is COMPLETE!

Great news, everyone!

We have finished the data migration from MindBody to Momence, and emails should have been sent out via Momence to reset your password and access your client profile about an hour ago.

If you had an active Membership, class package, bookings for future classes, or anything else, all of those have been successfully transferred over to Momence. Some things to note:

Any Members with active referral discounts have been locked in at their current monthly cost for the remaining duration of their contract (until canceled).
Our new referral program allows you to gift a class credit to a friend using a referral link! If they spend $50+ at any point after accepting your referral, you'll receive $25 in credit that can be applied to existing autopays.
All existing family connections have also been migrated, so if you manage an account for family members, you should be able to access their bookings. We will continue to communicate Youth Program classes and registration via email to enrolled Youth Members. If you have a teenager who is taking classes and you are comfortable with them managing their own account (if they are not already doing so), please reach out to me to ensure that their email address is on file.
